These Terms of Use govern your use of the Central Square Liquor & Wine website and online ordering service. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Age requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to browse this site and to purchase alcoholic beverages. By using this site you confirm that you are at least 21. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at pickup or delivery, and we reserve the right to refuse any sale.

Orders and payment

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by the store. Prices, promotions and availability may change without notice. Your payment method is charged when the order is placed; if an item is unavailable we will offer a substitution or refund the difference. We may cancel any order that we suspect is fraudulent, that violates New York State Liquor Authority rules, or that cannot be lawfully fulfilled.

Pickup and delivery

Orders are fulfilled only from our store in Central Square, NY for in-store pickup or local delivery. We do not ship alcohol. Please see our Shipping Policy and Local Delivery Policy for details, including ID checks and redelivery fees.

Returns

In accordance with New York State law, alcoholic beverages may not be returned or exchanged once they have left the store, except for products that are defective or were damaged before delivery. Contact us within 24 hours at (315) 668-2960 to report a problem with your order.

Responsible service

We support responsible drinking. We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is under 21 or who appears to be intoxicated. Please never drink and drive.

Intellectual property and site use

The content of this site, including text, logos and images, belongs to Central Square Liquor & Wine or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or place orders using false information.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Central Square Liquor & Wine is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or any products purchased through it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
