Delivery Policy

Local delivery

We deliver online orders to Central Square and nearby communities in Oswego County. Enter your address at checkout to confirm whether your location is within our delivery area; delivery fees, minimums and available time windows are shown before you pay.

Delivery times

Deliveries are made during store hours by our own staff. Same-day delivery is usually available for orders placed earlier in the day; orders placed late in the day or after closing are delivered the next business day. We will contact you if there is a delay.

Age verification at the door

Alcohol can only be handed to an adult 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID. Our driver will check ID at delivery. We cannot leave alcohol unattended, deliver to anyone under 21, or deliver to anyone who appears intoxicated. If no eligible adult is available, the order will be returned to the store and you may be charged a redelivery fee.

Substitutions and refunds

If an item is out of stock, we will call or text you with a substitution before the order leaves the store. Damaged or defective products will be replaced or refunded — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at (315) 668-2960.
